I haven’t done any public speaking for a while, but this invitation really appealed to me…
I’ll be speaking at the Holistic Her event on 9th September, on the topic of “Beyond the Leap: Tools, Boundaries & Balance for Sustainable Self-Employment” – or “Running a Business Without Burning Out”.
My talk will look into:
- Tools & systems that support without overwhelming
- The truth about balance (hint: it’s not 50/50)
- How to protect your time, energy and boundaries
- The importance of not doing it all alone
- Mindset support for the emotional side of entrepreneurship
